1. Warranty period: One Year from the delivery date. We will cover repair charge for units under warranty. User can send items or main parts to the authorized distributor together with warranty card and invoices.
2. Exclusion from warranty:
2.1 The product has been found to be defective after expiry of the warranty period.
2.2 The product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair, whether by accident or other cause.
2.3 Exclusion parts from warranty: Power cable, data cable or any other parts belongs to consume accessories.
3. Zhongtianchen Technology would not be responsible for user or authorized distributor of the defective parts by accident or other causes.
4. Zhongtianchen Technology offers a comprehensive repair service for all products which bought from Zhongtianchen Technology that are within the warranty period and not with condition as above NO.2.
